Radical transparency is structural at Atopos. This page is an append-only public record. Nothing is removed. Nothing is hidden.
Waiver Fund
The Waiver Fund will receive 10% of every paid submission once optional paid tiers are introduced. Tier 0 archiving is free, so there are no fees today — but the fund exists from day one at $0.00, because the structural commitment precedes the first payment.

When paid tiers exist, anyone may request a waiver — there is no means test.
